I had the pleasure of attending Luxe Afrique and it was nothing short of magnificent. The atmosphere was alive with vibrant energy, style and the shared joy of bringing people together. I was joined by Cool Ridings Members Lauren and Jess, who soaked up the full experience! From lively tunes and pitch-side polo to vibrant networking moments with guests from around the world. We were dressed by the incredibly talented Veryldesigns, whose creations made us feel confident, elegant and ready for the occasion. Veryldesigns also lit up the runway during an amazing fashion show that celebrated African creativity, craftsmanship, and flair.

One of the highlights for me was speaking with two incredible changemakers: Levi Roots and Miguel Wilson. These conversations were more than just inspiring, they reinforced my belief that collaboration is key. Regardless of the industry, partnerships allow us to amplify our reach, share our stories and create opportunities for others to thrive.

At Cool Ridings, our mission has always been to increase diversity and access in equestrian sport. Meeting like-minded leaders at Luxe Afrique reminded me that our vision is part of a bigger movement - one where culture, heritage and excellence meet.
